Vegetable crackers

Juicer pulps2 cups
Ground flaxseeds½ cup
Soy sauce1 tsp
Black pepper2 tsp
Spices like paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, curry powder, etc. (optional)½ tsp
Water¼-½ cup


  1. Preheat oven at 325°F. Blend all ingredients, except water, in a food processor.
  2. Add water in a thin stream till the mix is easy to spread, but not watery (the amount of water you’ll need will vary based on how watery the pulp is).
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Turn the "dough" out onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly. Score into cracker shapes.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Turn the sheet of cracker over on a cooling rack. Peel off the parchment paper.
  7. Put the cooling rack on the baking sheet and back to the oven for another 30 minutes until crispy.
