Mixed Berries Smoothie

Frozen mixed berries1 cup
Fat free Greek yogurt½ cup
Fortified almond beverage½-¾ cup


  1. Defrost mixed berries in the fridge overnight or in microwave for 45 seconds.
  2. Add all ingredients into blender, blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if smoothie is too thick.


  • Additions: kale, spinach, bell peppers, ground flaxseed, hemp seed, chia seed, etc.
  • Use any frozen you like, e.g. blueberries, raspberries, peaches, mango, strawberries, etc.
  • Use any yogurt you like, e.g. flavoured, regular yogurt
  • You may substitute yogurt with silky tofu
  • You may substitute fortified almond beverage with fortified soy beverage or milk or water
